New Classes at the Big Apple Ranch Meredith will be teaching a class focused on Two-Step, Nightclub Two-Step, and Waltz at the Big Apple Ranch.. The class is aimed toward dancers who would like to compete in the country western category at the 5 Boro Dance Challenge. Participants are not required to compete and need not bring a partner, but should be at the advanced beginner/ intermediate level. The class will be held every Saturday from June 14 through August 16 (no class on July 5) between 7 PM and 7:55 PM.

Midsummer Night's Swing This year, for the first time, John and Meredith have been asked to host opening night (July 8, 2008) at Midsummer Night's Swing. Singer Nellie McKay and the Aristocrats Swing Band provide the music. Check Lincoln Center website for more information!

No More Lessons...!!!! We're changing careers. Meredith has been sworn in as a member of the New York State Bar and is working at Hughes Hubbard & Reed. John has graduated with honors (May 11, 2008!) from NYU's nursing school and is preparing for his boards. As a result, we are no longer teaching private dance lessons. We will be happy to refer students to other studios or teachers. Check our "private lessons" page for references, too.
